Bridge Practice Hands with Shark Bridge

STEP #2 - LOG INTO SHARK BRIDGE

1. If you already have an account, open your Shark Bridge app!
2. Click on "My Profile" to set up your Shark Bridge account. 
3. Click on "Home" ~ This should default to your Home screen.
4. Click on "Classroom Hands" in the middle of the screen.
5. Click on "Select Classroom" on the right side of the screen.
6. Click on + to add a classroom.
7. Type in Donna Compton as your instructor.
8. Type in https://playbetterbridge.sharefile.com as the Classroom Site.
9. Click "Save Classroom" ~ By saving the classroom, you only have to set it up once.
10. When you click on her classroom, you’ll be prompted to sign into Sharefile.
11. Sign into Sharefile using your personal login information. If you placed an order for a PPB video lesson and do NOT have a welcome email, please contact Taylor@PlayBetterBridge.com. The PBB Team will assist in setting up your Sharefile account and send you a welcome email.
12. All your lesson folders will then appear. Click on the lesson you wish to practice. In addition to the "How to" PDF, you should see three files: PDF handout, MP4 video, and PBN hands. Click on the PBN hand with the "? Logo" and select "Download."
13. Choose a hand and click "Play" if you want to bid the hand. Click "Replay" to load the auction and lead, allowing you to dive right into play or defense. You can select which chair to occupy, and the hand will be displayed. Enjoy!

Helpful Notes:

Before you start playing, remember to set up your bidding system and signaling agreement. This setting will be remembered, so you won't have to adjust it each time you start Shark Bridge.In Shark Bridge, go to Settings. Navigate over to the NS/EW Bidding System and Signaling. Consult your teacher if you need to make any adjustments for the provided faults. 

Close the settings screen. The robots will now replicate what they did in class when you replay the hands.

Go to the Personal Deal Library or the Classroom hands section of Shark Bridge and replay the hands available in your Sharefile account.

Note: Once you download a set of hands, the lesson folder will be saved in your Personal Deal Library for later review.

STEP #2 - LOG INTO SHAREFILE

1. Log into your Sharefile account and find the folder you want to play.

2. Find the direct link in the folder. When you click on it, it should prompt you to sign in and play the lesson hands.

HOW TO PLAY PRACTICE HANDS WITH OTHER PEOPLE

1. Click the direct link in your Sharefile folder to open and set up your session.
2. Once you're at the table, you will see '@' on each of the other trays (where their names should be). Select one and enter an email.
3. Shark Bridge will send a direct link to that email, allowing the recipient to join the session without needing their own Shark Bridge account. They can simply join in and enjoy the practice hands from the table.
